Microfiber Cloth FAQ's

Cloth Types:
Microfiber cloths come in a variety of types and weaves. These different weaves are suitable for many cleaning applications and situations. To learn more, visit Photodon's Microfiber Fabrics page.
How to wash:
For non-critical cleaning, you can wash cloths with normal wash machine load just avoid washing with anything that might be quite linty. Also, do not use bleach or fabric softeners in the washer or dryer. Air drying is a safe bet, but they can be safely dried at low heat in a clothes dryer.

Critical Cleaning and Sanitizing
Life of a cloth:
How long a microfiber cloth will last depends on how you're using it. If you use it to clean glasses it will last for years of use. Using a cloth for more abrasive jobs such as auto work and also excessively washing your cloths will also break them down faster. You can wash these cloths and reuse them over and over. We still have some of our original cloths that no longer are being used for screen cleaning but now have other uses.

What are some options for logos?
Normal logo is one color, up to 3 inches long and 2 inches high, printed once in the left or right lower corners or the top left corner. Other options are 2 or more color logo and then having the logo printed multiple times on the cloth (this takes more time to manufacture a special die).

How much for 2000-3000 microfiber cloths with Logo that are about 6" x 7"?
Our most commonly purchased cloth with zig-zag edges, in a standard color and a one color logo in the 6"x7" size in bulk 100 pieces per bag is $0.35 FOB Michigan. Screen cleaning with a microfiber cloth:

Keep you screen turned off! It's easier to see dust and debris.

Apply your screen cleaning solution to the cloth or dampen the cloth with water.

Then wipe the screen in a circular motion a portion of the screen at a time.
