Who she is
She’s one of the best customer service reps anyone could have; let me introduce to you: Mary Ellen.
Background
She’s a joy to work with and is a very dedicated employee. Mary Ellen joined the Photodon Team in February of 2009.
Here’s my interview with Mary Ellen:
- Mary Ellen, what are your daily duties here at Photodon.com?
Mary Ellen: “I handle sales calls, I process orders, answer phones, invoice customers, order supplies, pay/enter bills and sometimes I package and ship out orders when we’re busy.
- That’s a busy day! Do you use the products that Photodon sells? Which is your favorite?
Mary Ellen: “I like the Protective Film to keep my screen looking like new!”
- Mary Ellen, what would you say are your favorite and your least favorite parts about your job?
Mary Ellen: “I like working in a relaxed atmosphere, my super co-workers and being close to home. I’m not too fond of end of the year inventory! lol”
- Do you keep any hobbies? What do you do in your spare time?
Mary Ellen: “I enjoy walking on the beach spending time with my family and friends, cooking, yard saling and gardening.
