The installation of a screen protective film takes time, patience, a clean screen and a clean environment.
The rubber silicon adhesion of the screen protector gives a tight, seamless appearance when applied properly.
However, if there is debris under the film, bubbling will occur.
It’s very important that you’re applying your film to a clean surface.
Our film installation kit provides you with the following:
- 2oz bottle of anti-static solution to mist around your surrounding area where you’ll be applying the film.
- 2oz bottle of Photodon Ultra Screen Cleaner to adequately clean your display.
- 1 piece of tacky tape to aid in the removal of any dust or debris that may have gotten stuck to the adhesive side of your film.
- 1 pair of latex-free gloves to help prevent finger prints while applying your film.

We have a lot of pre-cut films that will fit many of today’s screens. If we don’t stock it, we’ll cut it special for you! If you require unique cutouts, an odd shape or just the standard rectangle/square, we can custom cut our film to fit your display! You merely provide us with your screen’s dimensions.

Helpful Tip:

There’s no question about it, touch screens are a fun way to use your computer! The un-fun part is when you’re left with wear marks or scratches from touching your screen so much. There are many favorite touch screens out there but the HP series called TouchSmart is plain awesome! Help keep your HP TouchSmart display safe and clean with Photodon’s screen protective films. - If you want some anti-glare but are looking for something a little sharper, we offer high definition anti-glare film. It offers a nice clear image and slightly softens glare reflecting off of your screen. This film type is called MXH.
- We also carry crystal clear film which is a great product if you’re strictly needing to protect your display and do not desire the anti-glare effect. This film provides a crisp, clear image that will protect your screen with a strong hard coated film. This film type is called MXA.
