Shipping US and Canada:

• We strive to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours. We ship Monday - Friday.
• Standard shipping (USA)** = $6.00 on orders with shipping weight of less than 1 pound (48 states).
• Expedited shipping is available during checkout via FedEx.
• A pre-delivery e-mail will be sent to you when your order is shipped.
• We will ship via FedEx to Canada only on the buyers account. All other orders will be sent via USPS Global Priority mail. If faster service is needed please contact us.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Most orders are shipped from Michigan.
Standard U.S.: 4 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days).
USPS Priority mail, normally a 2-3 day service within the USA (50 states).
FedEx expedited U.S.: 1 to 5 business days after shipping.

Internationl Shipping:

We are now able to ship directly overseas to individuals.

Any orders shipped outside USA, the customer will be responsible for any additional customs duty fees and/or local taxes.

Option One: We are currently able to ship directly overseas using International Priority.

Option Two: Provide a US Ship To address of someone you know who could forward your order to you.

Order / Store Policies:

• We do our best to get your order out within 24 - 48 hours.
• All prices are in US dollars
• An order confirmation e-mail is sent immediately after you place your order online
• In the case of a package returned to us as undeliverable, we will make an attempt to contact you in this regard. In the case of no resolution we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges). A new order will need to be placed if you still wish to receive the product(s).
• Photos of products may not be exact or may represent a product family. However, we do our best to keep our images current.
• Once the goods have left our premises, delivery becomes the responsibility of the Carrier or postal service used. We cannot be held responsible for late delayed or non-delivery of goods. We will do all that we can to assist you with any delivery problems reported to us so that items ordered are delivered with the least amount of delay.

Return Items:

• 100% Money Back Guarantee on all products returned in like new condition within 30 days of purchase! You will need to pay return postage. Please use the return form included with each order.
