The Photodon monitor hood includes a complete installation package:

Installation & Shipping:
Installation takes about fifteen minutes. Assembly is required. The width is easily adjusted to fit your monitor and a front support bar is slipped into place when the hood is set up to the desired width. The hood attaches with an elastic cord that stretches along the back side of your monitor and threads through holes at the bottom edge of the hood.
The monitor hood is shipped in two halves with it's sides folded down. The sides simply open back out.
