Help Photodon and our Customers:
You may receive an email asking about the fitment of your custom cut. For popular devices, we try to get those confirmed so that other customers don't need to measure them and for easier ordering in the future.
A picture says a thousand words! To confirm the fitment, please send us pictures of the whole device and upper and lower corners. If the size isn't good for your device, we will work with you to get a new protector with the proper fit. We offer a $10 coupon as a thank you for your efforts.
Manufacturer's Brand Name, Model Number, and Advertised Diagonal Size:
Providing this information helps us identify your device to see if more information is needed. By confirming your custom cut screen protector or privacy filter, it allows us to put it onto our website as a new standard product so other customers can then order it.
Sample Packs:
If unsure of which material type to choose, we recommend that you order a Sample Pack. This is an inexpensive way to ensure you choose the film that works for you. There are 2 sizes: 2x3" and 3x5". We offer free shipping within the USA and charge $5.00 to ship them internationally. We include a $5 coupon toward your next purchase with any purchased sample pack.
Etching:
Etching onto the screen protector's surface is a sharp and efficient way to promote your business or simply label your screen protector with your name. For a small fee, we will etch the film with a company or product name, part number, or website - whatever makes sense to you! The font is your choice of Arial 8pt or Arial 12pt, as shown in the photo. Options for the etching location are bottom right, bottom left, or bottom center. Available on all product pages.

How to Measure Screens with Features
Measuring Your Device:
- Take your time to ensure accuracy.
- Determine the area to be covered with the protector (do not include protruding bezels).
- Using a tape measure or ruler, measure the width, left to right. Using millimeters is most accurate. If you can only measure in inches, our custom product page does have an inch to mm converter.
- Measure the height, top to bottom.
- Determine the corner radius, most devices are square (1mm) or credit card corner size (2-3mm). If yours are larger, use our corner radii checker to determine the radius.
- For cut outs:
- Measure how far from the top or bottom edge (whichever is closer) the feature is
- Measure how far from the left and right edge the feature is
- Measure the width and height of the feature
- It's helpful to send us a drawing of your device using our measuring sheet
- Email that to sales@photodon.com

Custom Screen Protectors
Need a screen protector for a unique device or a material option not available in our standard listings? Our custom-cut screen protectors are the perfect solution.
If your device isn't listed on our website, simply provide the screen width, height, corner type, and details about any cameras, sensors, or other cutouts. Be sure to review the measuring tab for step-by-step instructions and helpful videos.
Important: Please do not use manufacturer specifications when measuring. Published dimensions often include bezels or the overall device size rather than the active screen area, which can result in an incorrect fit. Accurate measurements are essential.
Ordering is easy! Visit the ordering tab for detailed instructions.
While accurate measurements are the customer's responsibility, we review every submission for obvious issues before production. If your screen protector doesn't fit correctly due to a sizing issue, we'll work with you to determine the correct dimensions and offer a 50% discount on a replacement.
All products are made to order, and most orders ship within 3–5 business days. No minimum order quantity is required.
We do our best to measure devices that are available locally, but many are not accessible to us. That's where your help makes a difference!
Help Photodon & Get Rewarded
We love hearing about your experience. You may receive an email requesting photos of your device with the screen protector or privacy filter installed. Your feedback helps us improve our database, create a dedicated SKU for your device, and assist future customers. As a thank-you, we'll send you a $10 coupon.
Notes:
- Pricing is based on device size and material type
- Our screen protectors maintain touchscreen functionality on approximately 99% of applications. However, devices that use ELO, infrared IntelliTouch®, or Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) technology may experience reduced or non-functional touch performance when a screen protector is installed. For these devices, we recommend ordering a sample pack to test on your device or consider a monitor hood as an anti-glare alternative.
- Two-way privacy filters are cut in landscape orientation by default. If you require a portrait orientation, we can accommodate your request. Simply add a note during checkout so we can ensure the privacy filter is optimized for your application.
- If you have a camera, sensors, or other features to cut around, please submit a drawing using our form or send a CAD drawing to us at sales@photodon.com.
- Still have questions, call us at 847-377-1185, live chat on any of our pages, or email sales@photodon.com.
