  • How do I get a quote?

  • Send us a quote request here or call us at 847-377-1185. We will promptly contact you to answer your questions.

  • Are there minimum order quantities?

  • Yes. 100+ for etching only, 1,000+ for color printing or individual packaging, 5,000+ bulk.

  • How long will it take to get my order?
    • 100-999 cloths (etching only): approximately 2 weeks
    • 1,000+ cloths (all printing methods): approximately 4-6 weeks
  • What are my cloth choices?
  • What sizes/colors do you offer?

  • We have many choices in cloth colors and sizes! Varies with cloth type and quantities ordered. See the quote request form for more details.

  • Can I get a cloth matched to a Pantone color?

  • Yes, for orders over 20,000 (no added fee).

  • What are the standard edging styles for each cloth?
    • Standard Silky = zig-zag
    • Large Silky = sewn edge (only option)
    • Suede = sewn edge (only option)
    • Chamois = straight cut, square corners
    • Other options available upon request
  • Do you add setup, process or delivery fees?

  • We do not add setup fees. Drop-ship service to one location is included in the pricing, with some exceptions.

  • Can you send free samples?

  • Yes. We are happy to share samples so that you can see the quality of our products. Email Us your preferences.

  • What are the printing options?
    • Embossing
    • 1-color, 2-color, and 4-color/photo printing
    • All-over-print
    • Etching
    • Printing Examples
  • How are the cloths packaged?
    • 100-999 cloths = bulk only, 100 per pack
    • 1,000-4,999 = individually (unless specified otherwise) in a clear plastic PVC pouch or clear bag, cloth folded with logo showing.
    • 5,000+ = your choice of packaging
  • Can I change the cloth edging?

  • Yes. Silky cloths can have scalloped, zig-zagged, straight-cut or sewn edges(1,000+ quantities only). Suede is only available with sewn edges.

  • Is there additional cost for certain edging styles?

  • Yes. Add $.09 USD each for sewn 6 x 7" Silky cloths. Inquire for additonal pricing for other cloths/sizes.

  • Do you offer informational card inserts?
  • Yes. You can include full color business cards or other informational cards, packaged in the pouch with the cloth. 1,000+ quantities only
