Screen Protector for the Wacom Cintiq 27 QHD 27-inch Drawing Tablet

Chances are, you love your tablet, and you realize that the glass-fronted digital screen is vulnerable without protection of some kind. A tablet's portability means more potential situations to scratch or damage your screen. If you use your tablet in public places, consider a privacy filter to keep your information private.

If using a screen protector on a device with a protective case, the size of the screen protector may need to be modified to fit within the frame of the protective case. This is because if pinched on the edge, the screen protector can distort, causing an air bubble to appear along the edge.

Give yourself peace of mind from:

• Blunt Force Impacts
• Damage from Cleaning Products
• Irreversible Scratches

Second buy. Trying out 9HO
I originally had one of the MHX film type protectors, which worked great! I have a pretty heavy hand though and sliced through it within a month or two of installing. I recently got the 9HO since its the strongest you carry. So far, I love it. Relatively easy to install since its such a large screen for me, bubbles always push out pretty easy and it hides old, smaller scratches on the tablet itself. I don't mind the shine on it, but if you work in an environment that would bother you, go for one of the less shiny film types.
Note From Store Owner: Happy drawing, Shelby! The 9HO is a great choice for you!

MXO on Cintiq 27QHD
Photodon's customer service is superb - I just wanted to put that out there first.\n\nBeyond that, I've tested three products on my Cintiq. the MXH, MXO, and 6HS. If you're looking for a screen protector that emulates the appearance and texture of the Cintiq factory screen face, the MXH is virtually identical. If you wish to have complete clarity with a smoother surface, go with the MXO (this is what I settled on since visual clarity is key for me, as the default screen texture and MXH actually blur the pixels ever so slightly. The 6HS, although stronger than the MXO, does deflect and give under stylus pressure, and this pressure leaves permanent indentions in the screen protector. If you have a very light touch, I'd go with the 6HS, but I have my moments of abusing the stylus, and the 6HS protector cannot handle it.\n\nAnyhow, I've been using the MXO protector for about 3 weeks now. The first day took some getting used to since the feel is different, but I prefer it now over the original screen face. You can press the stylus against this protector and no marks will remain.
Note From Store Owner: Gee. We're blushing :) Thanks, Corey, for such a great review and for providing such thorough feedback on the specific film types. Re: the 6HS, we do have a spray that helps the glide on the 6HS (it's called Photodon nano spray) and it comes with the purchase of a 6HS film. Happy creating!

Very happy with product - mxk 45%
Product comes nicely packed with everything necessary for installation(various cleaning solutions/cloths, gloves, squeegee, etc). Even includes a small sample so you can see how differently it'll look/feel(recommend ordering the small sampler if unsure of which to choose).

Installed relatively easily using included instructions and youtube video. Protector is slightly smaller than display to allow for small bit of error while applying. I choose to go an extra step and taped down the starting side to hold it in place , similar to some phone/tablet installations. Bubbles are removed easily. Included squeegee is a bit small even when using long side, not a big deal but a credit card or something a bit larger might make installation a bit easier, but I did it fine with the included one.

When unit is off it has a slightly matte look but display is clear when in use. Does not change the feeling of the stylus very much, has slightly more bite than the straight glass. Other people who have seen/used it never realize that it has a protector on it.

The only negative thing I can say about it so far is purely an aesthetic issue, and only when the unit is off not in use. Smudges take a little more effort to clean, but I never notice them unless the unit is off. So it doesn't affect performance/workflow at all.
Note From Store Owner: Thanks so much for the awesome review! We are planning on switching out our squeegee technology soon, but credit/debit/gift cards work wonders to get those pesky bubbles out. :)
