Pricing is valid for 90 days from the date the quote is submitted. Any changes in quantity, packaging, product type, or other order details can affect pricing and render the quoted price void. All prices are in US Dollars.
Custom screen protectors and privacy filters:
Photodon will cut the parts to the measurements quoted; it is the customer's responsibility to verify all measurements of custom parts to ensure they will fit within the desired screen area and that those measured dimensions match the quote.
Note: Specifications found online and/or through a third party are not always accurate and verification by in-person measurement is still recommended. If in-person measurement is not possible, please contact
[email protected] so that we may work with you on a solution.
Note: Unless dimensions say "Exact," we will reduce the size of the screen protector by .5 to 1mm to allow for ease of installation.
Monitor hoods:
For custom-size hoods, Photodon will manufacture to the exact dimensions provided; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure dimensions are accurate prior to ordering. Specifications found online and/or from third-party sources may not be accurate, and verification by in-person measurement is strongly recommended. Due to material and manufacturing processes, slight variances may occur and are considered within acceptable tolerance.
Shipping:
The cost of shipping is not included in this quote, unless noted otherwise. We recommend that businesses use their own shipping account to get the best rates. Please note, unless directed otherwise Photodon will insure collect shipments for the carriage value equal to 50% of the commercial value of the products. If insurance is not needed for your collect shipment, you must opt out of insurance in writing to Photodon at or before the time the order is placed.
Shipping costs quoted are for shipping only and do not include any additional customs duty fees and/or local taxes. Please check with your local carrier as to charges that will be incurred.

Lead time:
For screen protectors and privacy filters, typical turnaround for orders under 10 pieces is 3-5 business days due to being cut on demand. For larger orders, contact us for timeframes.
Monitor hoods:
Orders of 1-10 hoods will usually ship within 3-5 business days. Larger orders may require additional production time.

- Verify that the specified dimensions are correct if ordering a custom product.

- Shipping method. If shipping on your account, provide account number, carrier, insurance preference, and service type.

Payment options: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Venmo, ACH, and wire transfers. There is a $37 fee for international wire transfers under $1,000.00. All payments must be in US dollars.
Payment Terms: Photodon asks that all customers pay for their first order in advance of shipment. Customers may apply for Net30 terms for subsequent orders. Terms will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not valid until agreed upon and approved by Photodon.
