Why Screen Cleaning Matters
Your devices go everywhere with you—work, school, travel, home, and back. And with frequent use comes buildup of fingerprints, bacteria, and more. Regular screen cleaning not only helps your devices perform better and last longer, it supports your personal health, too.
But using the wrong products or techniques can sometimes do more harm than good. Check out our useful screen cleaning tips here.

Bought a screen protector for my new Subaru Forester at the same time I bought the vehicle. Came home and immediately installed the protector after picking up the vehicle. Following the video made installation easy, and I'm very happy with the quality. This should help prevent the light scratching that happened on my old vehicle.

Common Mistakes to Avoid
Placing a custom order? Here are some common mistakes to avoid. We love helping customers get the perfect custom screen protector. But if it’s your first time ordering, a few simple mistakes can lead to a poor fit or delays. Follow these three tips to ensure a smooth ordering process:
- Search Before You Start: Check our device database before placing a custom order—we may already have it!
- Measure Carefully: Only measure the visible screen area, not the entire device. Manufacturer specs often include the entire device.
- Corner Radius Matters: If your screen has rounded corners, include the corner radius in your measurements.

What inspired you to pursue your current career path?
I left a job that I was unhappy with for a long time to find something that I looked forward to doing every day. I'm very lucky to have a friend, Heather, who works at Photodon, who told me about an opening. I've grown to love this place and the people I work with, and I hope to continue here for many years to come.
What's a project you've worked on at Photodon that you're especially proud of?
I've enjoyed making instructional videos. They are a lot of work, but it's always very satisfying when they are done.
What are your favorite hobbies or interests outside of work?
I like to watch sports, especially Ohio State football. I also enjoy reading and playing board games and video games.
