All our customers care about quality, but not everyone requires retail-grade presentation. We stand behind our products whether they are cleaned after cutting or not. The soot is present on the protective liner only. Once the liner is removed, the screen protector underneath is clean and ready for installation.

If you experience any issues with our products or packaging, please send us photos and we'll work with you to resolve them as quickly as possible.
